The Input devices are the the devices like Digital Cameras, Recording devices, and videotape devices. These devices are great help on making personal films. Anyone who tempts to make a movie needs to know well about all the devices in order to control it to film a film.
Most likely input/output devices would help your idea of "everyone can make films" but what type of devices are you thinking of to make this idea more efficient? I thought maybe if you had new options to make your idea better can make people more interested.
